Kara Miller serves as a high school counselor in Powell. After teaching Spanish and Psychology for six years, Kara made the transition to School Counseling in 2015. She earned her B.A. in Education from Carroll College in Montana and her M.A. in Counseling with a K-12 School Emphasis from the University of North Dakota. Kara spends her spare time outdoors with her two kiddos (Emery-3 & Jack-1), her husband and dog. You can find her hunting, fly-fishing, camping, or traveling the globe. Kara also loves volleyball and has coached several years in her previous educational roles.
Kayla Wilkinson is currently providing counseling /related services to high school students with IEPs at Natrona County High School in Casper. She is a long time Wyoming native: having graduated from the high school she currently works at and receiving her B.A.(Psychology 2008) and M.S. (Counseling 2019) from the University of Wyoming.
Kayla is a firm believer in the power of building relationships and using humor to bring people together. She likes to consider herself 1 part ringleader, 2 parts Disney nerd, and 3 parts WuTang member.
