ANNUAL CONFERENCE SPONSORSHIPS & EXHIBITORS

February 18-19, 2026 - Ramkota Hotel, Casper, WY

The Wyoming School Counselor Association (WySCA) is once again excited and privileged to host the 2026 Wyoming School Counselor Association Annual Conference. This growing professional development will be held this year at the Ramkota Hotel in Casper, WY on February 18th & 19th.

The WHO:150+ participants from Wyoming and surrounding areas. This includes:

  • Licensed Professional K-12 School Counselors
  • Post-Secondary School Counselors
  • Career Counselors
  • Graduate Students
  • School Administrators
  • Other educational mental health supports such as school psychologists, school social workers, and school based therapists.
In addition, we have had many different exhibitors from the educational systems as well as businesses from the private and public sector to help connect these educators to resources in the communities they serve.

The WHAT: The WySCA Annual conference continues to train and educate school counselors from around the state of Wyoming with the vision to advance their level of expertise as well as help them to collaboratively better serve, support and educate students and families. Our theme this year is Blueprints for Building: Tools That Make a Difference. The conference is held over a 2 day period where attendees will have the opportunity to select from different breakout sessions, gather information and meet exhibitors and sponsors, as well as be educated and inspired by illuminating keynote speakers. We are excited to have you join the adventure!

THE HOW: To host an amazing event, WySCA is seeking your participation as a conference exhibitor or sponsor. Exhibit & Sponsorship tables are open to conference attendees throughout the conference. During this time, hundreds of educators and friends of education will walk through the Exhibit Hall absorbing all the information you have provided, as well as, engaging in networking and meaningful conversations about your organization. As exhibitors, you also will have the opportunity to attend breakout sessions and listen to enlightening keynote speakers. Sponsorship allows you to also set up as an exhibitor along with additional advertising and signage throughout the conference - including sponsoring a meal if you would like!

Exhibitor Information

  Pricing for this year’s exhibitors is as follows:

  • $275 for Exhibitor Registration & Processing Fee (Includes an 8-foot table & chair)

  • TWO Conference Attendee Registrations (includes keynote sessions, breakout sessions, meals, and ONE conference bag)

  • Please note: Lodging is not included in Exhibitor Registration. 

Sponsorships Options & Details

Bronze Level: $350 

  • Conference registration for up to two attendees (includes keynote sessions, breakout sessions, meals, and ONE conference swag bag)
  • Logo in our conference program
  • Recognition in a sponsor thank-you ad in our April newsletter
  • Ability to insert company materials in attendees’ registration bags
  • Listing on Conference Intermission Slide Deck
  • Lodging is not included in Sponsorship Registration

    Exhibitor Table available upon request

Silver Level: $ 500

  • Conference registration for up to two attendees (includes keynote sessions, breakout sessions, meals, and ONE conference swag bag)
  • Quarter page ad in our conference program
  • Recognition in a sponsor thank-you ad in our April newsletter
  • Ability to insert company materials in attendees’ registration bags
  • Listing on Conference Intermission Slide Deck
  • Recognition on the WySCA website
  • Lodging is not included in Sponsorship Registration

    Exhibitor Table available upon request

Gold Level: $750

  • Conference registration for up to two attendees (includes keynote sessions, breakout sessions, meals, and ONE conference swag bag)
  • Half page ad in our conference program
  • Recognition in a sponsor thank-you ad in our April newsletter
  • Year-round recognition in our bi-monthly newsletter
  • Ability to insert company materials in attendees’ registration bags
  • Recognition on the WySCA website
  • Listing on Conference Intermission Slide Deck
  • Table Tent Advertising
  • Recognition at podium during keynote
  • Lodging is not included in Sponsorship Registration

Platinum Level: $1000+

  • Conference registration for up to two attendees (includes keynote sessions, breakout sessions, meals, and ONE conference swag bag)
  • Full page color ad in our conference program
  • Recognition in a sponsor thank-you ad in our April newsletter
  • Year-round recognition in our bi-monthly newsletter
  • Ability to insert company materials in attendees’ registration bags
  • Recognition on the WySCA website
  • Table tent Advertising
  • Listing on conference intermission slide deck
  • Recognition at podium during keynote
  • 2-3 minutes to speak/share information or video in front of conference attendees about your organization
  • Lodging is not included in Sponsorship Registration

Additional Sponsorship Opportunities

Meal Sponsorships: Breakfast/Happy Hour/Lunch OR Portion of the Keynote Speaker 

We treat the details of these sponsorships as a "Platinum Plus" where you will get all the items described in the platinum level of sponsorship. In addition, organizations are offered the opportunity to share more information with our attendees in a breakout session (keynote speaker sponsor) or during your sponsored event (Breakfast/Happy Hour/ Lunch). Please notify us if you are interested in this opportunity! (Dependent upon breakout session availability)
