WySCA Scholarship Application Form- High School: 
Deadline Jan 15th. This is a one-time scholarship of $500. Funds will be dispersed to the institution upon providing a class schedule or proof of enrollment. Family of current WYSCA board members and scholarship committee members are not eligible for this scholarship. 

WySCA HS Scholarship: Counselor Form

Counselors must complete a reference form for each student who applies for the High School Scholarship. The counselor reference form is due February 1st and does not include a formal recommendation letter.
